Design and Production and installation of fire resistance FRP tanks, scrubbers and ducts

In 2015 after a fire consumed an interior fertilizers plant, BEL was chosen by ICL to take part in the resurrection works and to supply vessels and ducts for new plant.

BEL had designed, and manufactured 8 scrubbers at diameters of 5 [m] and hundreds of m of FRP ducting, the largest was at the diameter of 2.1 [m].

The ducting was designed for flow of dust and gases.

In order to prevent another fire, thee ducts and vessels were built using fire resistance materials. 

All the ducts were installed by BEL’s site team.
