Privacy Policy – Bel Technologies Ltd.

1. General and Consent
   
   1. Bel Technologies Ltd. hereinafter: “the Company” respects the privacy of the users of its website hereinafter: “the Website”. This document details the privacy policy applied on the Website, the types of information the Company collects, the ways in which it uses such information, and the rights granted to users in relation to this information, in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 hereinafter: “the Protection of Privacy Law” and its regulations.
   2. Providing details in the Website forms or browsing the Website constitutes the user’s consent to this Privacy Policy.
2. Information Collected by the Company
   
   1. The Company collects two types of information through the Website:
      
      1. Personal information actively provided, identifiable information: When filling out the contact forms on the Website, the visitor is asked to provide personal details such as: full name, phone number, email address, and any additional information they choose to enter in the “comments/message” field. Providing this information is not required by law, but without providing it, the Company will not be able to contact you or respond to your inquiry.
      2. Technical and statistical information collected passively, non-identifiable information: During browsing of the Website, anonymous and statistical information regarding the user’s browsing habits is collected automatically. This information includes, among other things: IP address, browser type, operating system, dates and times of visits, pages viewed by the user, duration of stay on the Website, and the links from which the user reached the Website. This information does not personally identify the visitor.

   2. At any time, you may request to remove yourself from the mailing list for receiving such marketing content by clicking the unsubscribe link, “unsubscribe”, appearing at the bottom of the email messages, or by sending a written removal request to the email address: technologies@bel-g.com.
5. Transfer of Information to Third Parties
   
   1. The Company undertakes not to sell, rent or transfer visitors’ personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:
      
      1. To external suppliers and subcontractors that provide services to the Company, such as website hosting companies, digital marketing companies, CRM and computing system providers, solely for the purpose of operating the Website and providing the service to the user, and subject to their undertaking to maintain confidentiality and information security.
      2. If a court order or lawful request is received from a competent authority instructing the Company to disclose the user’s details.
      3. In the event of a legal dispute, claim, demand or legal proceedings between the user and the Company.
      4. In the event of a structural change in the Company, such as a merger or sale of activity, provided that the new legal entity accepts the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

A user who has reviewed information about them and found that it is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or not up to date may contact the database owner with a request to correct or delete the information.

   1. The Company reserves the right to change and update this Privacy Policy from time to time, in accordance with technological, business or legislative changes. Updates will be published on this page, and the most updated version will be the binding version.
10. Physical Accessibility:
    
    1. The factory is an industrial manufacturing site that stores hazardous materials.
    2. Access is by prior arrangement only. There is no regular reception of visitors.
